Happy 2008 from damselfly press! The New Year brings our second issue and yet another opportunity to read good, honest writing. We are pleased to feature work with themes of reflection and renewal to warm you through the winter. The pieces represent a combination of writers examining women’s inner lives, pondering loss and longing, while searching for meaning and passion. We honor these women whose dedication to craft has produced an issue true to the spirit of the New Year and send thanks to all who submitted to our journal.
For our third issue, we welcome submissions focusing on peregrinations ranging from actual travel to spiritual or inner journeys that transform you or your characters in some significant way. The deadline to submit for the third issue is March 15th, 2008.
